Matching Gifts

Many employers align their contributions with those made by their employees and retirees to nonprofit organizations. To determine if your employer participates in this matching gift program, kindly consult with your Human Resources Department. If required, our Federal Tax ID or EIN Number is 39-1688421.

Annual Fund

Each year alumni, grandparents, parents, parishioners, and other friends of Waukesha Catholic are asked to support its mission by contributing to the overall operation of our schools. Gifts to the Annual Fund allow Waukesha Catholic to serve our faculty, staff, and students and also address instructional needs and facility expenses.

Your gifts to the Annual Fund make a difference in the lives of all of our children - the critical difference which enables the rich tradition of Elementary Catholic Education in Waukesha to continue!

Tuition Assistance Program

Many families are willing to make personal sacrifices in order to afford a faith-based education. However, some families still need additional help. Waukesha Catholic provides tuition assistance to families with demonstrated financial need. You can make a difference in the life of a child and their family with a gift to our Tuition Assistance Fund.

Memorials and Tributes

Memorials are a special gift given to the school in memory of someone who has passed away. Memorials can be given following the death of a loved one, on the anniversary of their death, or on their birthday. A note will be sent to the family of the deceased to inform them of your gift.

Tributes are a way to honor someone through a gift in their name to Waukesha Catholic. Consider a gift on Mother's Day, Father's Day, an anniversary, or some other special occasion. A note will be sent to the honoree to acknowledge your gift. Please include the honoree's name and address with your gift, along with the date of the special occasion.

Charitable Giving Through Life Insurance or Your Will

There are many ways to support Waukesha Catholic that do not affect your current lifestyle or your family's security. The simplest and most commonly planned gift is often made through a donor's Will or Trust. Distributions can be made as a specific dollar amount, as a percentage of the estate, or for a specific asset. Another method is naming the school as a beneficiary of a Life Insurance policy. Making a planned gift can give tax benefits to the donor and is best accomplished through consultation with a trusted financial advisor.
