Tuition rates are set by the School Board every January for the following school year.
The 2023-2024 tuition rates are as follows:
Tuition Deposit: $100 per family
Please include the tuition deposit with your child's registration form.
If you are a member of one of our four supporting parishes, your parish pays a subsidy. Third source funding revenue covers the gap.

*In order to qualify for Parishioner Member Tuition, a family must be a member of one of the four Waukesha Catholic supporting parishes. Waukesha Catholic parish members are expected to:
Attend Mass regularly with your child
Participate in parish activities
Contribute financially to the parish over and above the tuition payment.
Your parish has the final decision on your eligibility to receive a subsidy.
**If you have one K4 half-day child and one or more full-time students, a multi-child discount applies which depends on the number of students. Call the business office at 262-896-2929, ext. 1327 for more information.
Payment Options
Full Payment with a 1% Tuition Discount made to Waukesha Catholic before August 1, 2023, or 10 Monthly Payments made to FACTS Tuition Management beginning August 1, 2023, through May 1, 2024.
Tuition Assistance
Waukesha Catholic tuition assistance is available to families who are members of one of the four sponsoring parishes. Applications for this Waukesha Catholic assistance are assessed by an outside agency to determine financial need. To apply, visit FACTS Tuition Management.
The Waukesha County Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Fund
The Waukesha Catholic hosted Seton Volleyball Championship also awards funds for tuition assistance each year. Any student in Waukesha County may apply for this tuition assistance by April 1st. An independent committee awards the funds by April 30th. To apply go to www.theseton.net and follow the link at the top of the page 'scholarships.’
